Foreign Investor
An foreign investor is a person who is using the following program: There is a two part application process for the EB-5 program which includes using the I-526 petition for a conditional permanent visa and after two years, the investor may file for removal of conditions or for a permanent green card using Form I-829. Upon completion of these two processes, the investor will be granted a visa of permanent residence. Wiltshire Capital Partners works closely with our EB-5 investors to ensure that this program is strictly adhered to and all requirements are fulfilled. Wiltshire Capital Partners does not claim to be immigration experts. However, we do work closely with select Immigration attorneys to ensure that our investor’s immigration process is completed with the utmost professionalism.
